The primary goal of the Healthy Living thru Nutrition is to serve and meet the needs of a diverse and varied capacity community population, by providing nutritional education and healthy living cooking programs that focus on a whole food, low-fat plant based approach.

We offer classes to a population that includes a wide range of ages, skill levels and/or interest in healthy living development skills. We provide classes that are oriented to the particular needs of specialty groups, like seniors, children’s and the young adult population. Our classes also provide a social setting and gathering place for students and families who wish to expand healthy living through communities.
